CAS with Kristen :)

Hi there! Kristen here :) and I'm back today with more clean and simple for you. I will also be featuring some bonus content on my personal blog HERE. For my card today, I found my inspiration off Pinterest. I sometimes search through different categories such as Design, Home Decor, Popular and a few others to try and find different things I would like to recreate but on a card. During my daily search (yes, daily! I'm a Pinterest addict!), I found this adorable necklace.

Isn't it adorable!? Well I knew that I wanted to create a card like that. I also really liked all of the negative space so I wanted to incorporate that into my card as well. For the stamp sets, I used Wheely Like You and from the latest release, Made By #2.

Here is the card that I created! :)

For the background, I took a piece of colored cardstock and stamped it repeatedly with Hero Arts Shadow Ink Tide Pool. I then took a piece of white cardstock and cut a couple pieces off the bottom. For the black ink, I used Versafine. This ink is so crisp and clear and is by far my favorite black ink. This card would be perfect for the new graduate, someone who recently scored a new job, etc.

So I have a couple of announcements. We just had our super release on the 10th! Did you get your sets yet? If not, hurry up and go get them before noon today. Up until noon, you can get 25% off your purchase of new stamps! Use the code NRS25.

Also, we have a new Use What You Have Challenge on the blog! Check it out HERE!
