White Emboss on White Paper!

Have you grabbed that white embossing powder lately? Heck, have you grabbed any embossing powder lately? (me neither!) --- I have TONS of the grainy stuff, but - I just don't use it as much as I used to. It's my mission to use supplies I have this year, rather than running out and buying a bunch of new stuff to pile on the old. You know!
White embossing on white paper is just so classic and clean looking. It also allows you to make a POP with an embellishment that you love or color something in... it's simple, you probably already have all the supplies you need - now just get heatin' up already :)

Do you have any embossing tips for our readers? Comment below and we'll add them to our embossing video that we're working hard on!

Happy Stamping (and embossing)

  2. I wonder how it would work if you used white on every state except one (like the recipient's state). Hmmmm, that would be neat.

    1. Thank you so much for asking (mostly b/c it reminded me to list out my supplies in my blog post - total slacker on that!) ---- Actually, it's a stamp that I stamped with versamark ink and used White Embossing powder (with a heat gun) and it gave it that raised effect. You know, old school embossing :) I'm off to list the supplies right now!

  6. Love embossing. especially when I'm doing flowers that I want to color or to highlight a particular stamp. This is gorgeous. what a great idea to emboss the map and white on white is so elegant. I've used alot of white on Black for a different look. Great card. Thanks for sharing.

  7. Love the white on white embossing! I also need to start using all the supplies I have in my creative cache before they "expire" ... I have inks unopened, stamps unused, embossing powders just sitting there ... thanks for incentive!
