Chellenge round up: Nicole

A little challenge round up today -

I don't know about you ladies - but, I LOVE challenges!

ACK - which just reminded me I best get crafting for our new challenge tomorrow! Use What You Have! --- If you haven't joined us yet for our Challenge - you should! It's fun and easy peesy!

It starts every Wednesday and we award TWO winners every week - you have until midnight tonight to play with last weeks. Find all the details HERE.

Anyway - Danni and I got together yesterday and played with a couple really fun challenges. First up is my entry for the Play Date Cafe color challenge

We also used the sketch from Retro Sketches to help us along

Here is the card I came up with -

I used 'Warm Notes' - some burlap and lots of dotties (Nicole's made up word for enamel dots and embellishments)

We also played along with Case Study Challenge  with this inspiration card by Lisa Spangler.

Here was my take on this inspiration (of which I love!)

I used Kiss Me stamp set - and I just think it turned out so lovely! Makes me sigh, and say - SWOON!

Lastly we made some room to play with a challenge that I haven't played before - It's called MUSE and it's fun! Basically they provide an inspiration card and you just RUN with anything that comes to mind! (I love that!) They also encourage you to support other people who have entered the challenge - and it just seems like a nice group of ladies who participate and run it!

Here was the inspiration card - by Marion Vagg

That color inking is so pretty - dontcha think?

I decided to grab my watercolors - ya'll know how much this girl loves her watercolor palette!

I used the Color Wheel from one of my favorite sets and I found this sticker that went SO WELL with my card (I was a little surprised!) and then - BAM there was my card.

Hope that you guys enjoyed seeing all the challenge that we love to play along with - and that you might try your hand at our challenge! A brand new one will be up tomorrow!

Also don't forget we're doing a pretty fun 'give-a-way' for a new set that hasn't been released yet -

Head over HERE for more info!

Happy Tuesday!
Happy Stamping!
Happy Challenges!
