Sweet Saturday with Amy!

Good Morning weekend! Ahhh, it's so nice to start the *weekend* isn't it?!

Well, actually - here at the sweet shop, Mr. Sweet is a tax accountant so he's working weekends this time of year. So, I love Saturdays - but, it kinda doesn't feel like a Saturday. It's ok, I get to craft and work on the Sweet Shop - and you know I LOVE that! Today I'm also helping my Dad clean out the garage. I have lots of old boxes of 'stuff' and it's time to purge. Ya know?! But, it's supposed to be 80+ degrees outside - so at least we'll be doing something enjoying the weather!

Anyway, I bet you're ready to see our Sweet Spotlight today!! Meet Amy Kolling -

Here is a little about Amy in her own words...

I am a wife and mom to a couple of very energetic kiddos. When I'm not hanging out with my family, I work full time as a dialysis nurse at a large clinic. I love to make cards and am obsessed with collecting paper, twine, and dies (and everything else)! Thanks for stopping by to see my work!

Isn't she so cute?! What till you see her stuff...

Isn't that just simple and so beautiful?! I recognize those wood chips - they're from Freckled Fawn - You'll wanna check em out! Cool stuff!

I love how she switched up the sentiment to fit her card. Have you tried masking your stamps? Is that a technique you'd like to have more instruction on?

Amy used some of my favorite stamp sets...

BONUS BONUS!! Amy is showing perhaps *the* cutest card on her blog using 'Distressed Chevron' --- trust me when I say that you'll want a peek! --- Head over to her blog HERE.

We hope that you have a lovely Saturday and we'll see you back here tomorrow. Nicole will be sharing a video on how she created this 'glittery rainbow' background. You're going to squeal when you try it!

Happy Crafting and Happy Weekend!
