A BIG hugs and thanks to Epiphany Crafts for sending us lots of fun punches and extras to play with!

A quick and honest review - When I got the punches, I thought... sure, these are cool - but, whew - they seem expensive. Then I started to use them - and I was addicted! Completely! I started to find excuses on every project to add a little punched something! I can't recommend these tools enough - and at the rate I'm actually using them - they turned out to be cheaper than lots of the punches that are just sitting in my drawer!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

I made my necklace by stamping the smallest flower from the Sweet Victoria set on some light colored paper than I stamped the flower once again on pattern paper and paper pieced it to my first stamped image.I then punched it out and adhere my square piece to the necklace base and I added some jute for the chin so to speak.Lastly I made my card(echo park pattern paper) and added my necklace for a nice little gift and the I also added a sentiment from the packaged pretty set.

She also whipped up another card using some alpha stickers - check that out

Stephanie used 'Sweet Victoria' in her cards today

Here is my quick holiday decor idea --

I found this frame at Ross - a little beat up in the clearance stack - I think it was marked down to like $5. It started at $9.99 - but, it would have been a deal at that price too - (wait till you see the end product!)

I knew right away that I would make it into a halloween hanging! But, it needed to be glittered black first. So, I sprayed some adhesive on it - poured some Martha Stewart black glitter on it --
and finished it off with some sealer so that the glitter would stay on the frame and not on sticky fingers!

Here was the result

Oh - it's so much prettier in person!

Each little frame is full of a fun 'scene' - I love it!

Even the little characters had a place in this!

I grabbed for the Epiphany pennant punch and I used the 'Sweet Alpha Doodles' set to make a little 'sign' - isn't it so cute! (or scary!)

Here it is hanging out on the wall :) - It's the perfect addition to our holiday decor! (for less than $10) - whatta steal!

Hop on over to the shop to grab our halloween stamp set - while supplies last!

'Smashing' into Day 3 with Epiphany!

We're here this week showing off some really cool products from Epiphany Crafts

Epiphany Crafts makes these awesome punches - They have all different shapes and sizes .... they also have great accessories to go with they're tools!

These punches are so much fun to work with! Michelle is on the blog today with her first 'go' at 'Smashing' in her Smash book - (and I think she knocked it outta the park!) Be sure to read all the way through and at the bottom get all the details and enter our big give-a-way this week!

_____________________________

Hello sweet friends, this is Michelle here today. I had so much fun combining Epiphany Crafts' bubble caps with Sweet Stamp Shop's stamps sets in my new Smash Book. These are actually the first pages that I've ever Smashed.

Epiphany's Flower 25 bubble caps reminded me of starfish, so I paired that with Under the Sea stamp set to create my own little aquarium. I stamped the images, heat embossed them and colored them in with Copics. For the water background, I painted that using ink pads and a water brush.

I'll let you in on a little secret, the underwater bubbles are actually popcorn from the Watchin' T.V. stamp set. If you can find unintended ways to use your images, then you increase the versatility of your sets.

For my opposite page, I wanted to tie in the look of the vertical stream of bubbles.

I used Epiphany's Round 14 bubble caps and scattered them throughout my journaling and title. It added a bit of dimension without too much bulk to an album.

I hope you can have fun combining your sweet stamp sets with your tools and albums. You just never know what you'll end up creating.

Fun With Epiphany - Day 2!

We're here this week showing off some really cool products from Epiphany Crafts

Epiphany Crafts makes these awesome punches - They have all different shapes and sizes .... they also have great accessories to go with they're tools!

These punches are so much fun to work with! Kari and I had a blast making a couple projects for today so, we'll get right into showing you! -- Be sure to read all the way to the bottom - we have a great give'a'way this week!

I love working with vellum! For this card I cut out some of the
jars from 'Jars of Sweets' after I stamped them on vellum and it
turned out SO cute. (of course, vellum doesn't picture as well -
but, the card is SUPER sweet!)

'Jar of Sweets'

The reason I choose vellum - especially in this circumstance - is
because I don't want to cover too much of the background.

Those circles are just too darn cute to cover up!

I also broke out my sewing machine - I love to sew on my projects
b/c it's a great FAST adhesive.

And, since my sewing machine was out - I figured I'd make another
card using this same idea....

How much fun is that banner? I loved the pennant punch the
moment I saw it - and boy, was it fun to use! It created such a lovely
background!

I used 'Sweet Victoria' and 'Afternoon Delight'

'Afternoon Delight'

Kari also put together a couple cards with her
star punch - looked like SO much fun!

These tools are so versitile! Here are some details about this
card from Kari!

I used Lil Sweet Peps for my project - I first stamped out the camera onto patterned paper from AC - and stamped out my girl image and did some Copic Coloring.  I adhered some "film strip" washi tape onto my white card panel.  I used the Epiphany Crafts Custom Shape tool with the Star shape - and used some glittery card stock to bring some bling to my stars.  I adhered two to the film strip and one on the lens of the camera.  I mounted the white card panel to some bright pink card stock to bring out the pink in the girls flower in here hair.  Then, I adhered all of that to a black card base.

Here is the details - from Kari!

I punched out a star and used the negative portion to use as a mask to add different stars with some Memento Inks - Teal Zeal, Tangelo, Pear Tart and Grape Jelly.  I then used one of the flowers from Lil Peps and heat embossed them with silver embossing powder.  Then for my sentiment - I used the "Sweet" portion from 'Sweethearts' and the "Friends" portion from 'Best Friends' for a custom sentiment.  I inked it up with Staz-ON ink and stamped onto vellum card stock and make it into a banner.  Then I added some of the "star caps" and placed three on 3 of the inked stars for dimension.

Kari used

'Lil Sweet Peps'

Don't forget about the give-a-way!

You'll get ...

It's Raining (sept. release stamp set)
